About this tool and its data

A screening aid for narrowing down where to look, not advice. Scores are averages per neighbourhood and say nothing about a specific street or home. Crime figures count all police-registered reports, including those by visitors and businesses. Bike time is a rough estimate from straight-line distance. Neighbourhoods are shown if any part lies within the radius, and a filter never hides a neighbourhood whose value is unknown.
